Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with fresh ice and top with Topo Chico. Garnish with micro flowers and enjoy!

• 1.5 oz Y&Y Vodka
• 1 oz grape shrub*
• 0.5 oz orange cordial**
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• Topo Chico, or sparkling water of choice

*Grape Shrub

• 1 c grape juice
• 1 c sugar
• 0.5 c balsamic vinegar

Bring grape juice and sugar to a boil. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in balsamic vinegar. Cool and strain into a sealed container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
