Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a small stemless wine glass and garnish with a basil leaf.


  • 1.5 oz Winter Gin
  • 1.5 oz celery syrup
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3 torn basil leaves

*Celery Syrup

  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c freshly juiced celery

Bring sugar and water to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Turn off heat and let cool. Stir in celery juice and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
