Oh Snap!

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Next, add ice and shake a second time. Double strain directly into a short rocks glass and garnish with a single snap pea.


  • 1.5 oz Sunday Gin
  • 1.5 oz snap pea & honey syrup*
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 2-3 dashes peach bitters
  • 1 spring of mint, torn
  • 1 egg white

*Snap Pea & Honey Syrup

  • 1 c freshly juiced snap peas
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/4 c honey

Bring honey and water to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool and strain into a container. Stir in juiced snap peas and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
