Ingredients: 

• 1.5 oz Sunday Gin
• 1 oz carrot, ginger & turmeric syrup*
• 0.5 oz lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a basil leaf and baby carrot.

*Carrot, ginger & turmeric syrup:

• 1 c fresh carrot juice
• 1/4 c fresh juiced ginger root
• 1/4 c fresh juiced turmeric root

Combine all ingredients and store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to one month or fridge for one week.
