Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a stemless glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and rose.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Sunday Gin
• 0.75 oz rose petal cordial*
• 0.5 oz lime juice

*Rose Petal Cordial

• 2 c water
• 1 c sugar
• 12 g rose petal tea

Bring water to a boil and add sugar. When sugar dissolves, add tea and remove from heat. Stir occasionally for 15 minutes. Strain into a sealed jar and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
