Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with a dill sprig laid across the side of the glass.
*Passion Fruit Purée
Cut fresh passion fruits in half and scoop out contents into a container until you reach 1/2 c. Add water and sugar and simmer for 15 minutes (or until the jelly from the passion fruit seeds breaks down). Strain out any large fruit pieces and store in the refrigerator.
