Add all ingredients (except Topo Chico) to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a small stemless wine glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Topo Chico and garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.
*Orange Cinnamon Tea Syrup
Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add orange tea bags and let simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool while tea bags are still steeping (preferably overnight). Strain into a sealed container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
